YaYa Farm & Orchard Wedding
Several years ago, we photographed a wedding where Andrew was a groomsmen at the Pahlau wedding and managed to do a backflip during a bridal party jumping image. During the shot we couldn't believe the bridal party could jump that high in freezing temperatures. As we started culling the images, Kris zoomed in to the far right and yelled for me to "come see this shot". Andrew is the same height as everyone in the bridal party and upside down!!! To this day, that shot is one of my favorites!
Shortly after the Pahlau wedding, we met Leslie at her older sister, Jamie's wedding where she was a bridesmaid. Again, it was freezing and up in Estes Park at 30 degrees with 14 mph winds, it felt like -20! The bridal party were troopers though. Open toed shoes, jumping barefoot off of stone, no coats, you name it, they did it and did so with a smile!
A few months before their wedding, we were contacted by Jamie to photograph her sisters proposal in Old Town Fort Collins. Three days after their engagements, Leslie called us to photograph their wedding. We were so excited to photograph their wedding because we've worked with their family and friends over and over and they're such great people to be with. Willing to do crazy shots, have fun, laugh, joke and most of all love and support their friends.
There's nothing that makes you more happy than knowing a family not only trusts you with their memories, but continues to ask you to capture their memories.
To Andrew, Leslie, your family and friends. Thank you for continuing to trust us, have fun with us during your events, tell people about us and most of all, thank you for not being afraid to follow God and his plan for each of you. I love seeing 20+ bridal member parties where each and every person standing, would give everything to ensure you stay committed to God and each other. We hope you truly enjoy each and every image and hope it brings you years of happiness.

Where do we even begin with these images? Prior to the wedding, Andrews groomsmen covered him in kid tattoos. As we were photographing them, they all wanted to do a shot with just the vests. Andrew completely forgot that the tattoos were ever on him. Needless to say, this portion of the day was probably the highlight of the evening. As the girls were doing their porch photo, we hear the guys on the other side of the orchard laughing HYSTERICALLY!!! Now we know why!

Nothing better than a bride with her best friends and those closest to her heart.
Before the first look, Andrew and Leslie exchanged cologne they purchased for each other and letters. Love this series as they have no idea what the other is doing, but the last two images were taken within a second of each other and they're both wiping tears.
One of the most emotional first looks we've had. As Leslie was approaching the ceremony location, Andrew was knelt down praying and with each step she took, the anticipation grew.
As soon as they saw each other, the tears fell and as soon as they embraced, all you could feel was pure excitement!
Spinning his gorgeous bride, Andrew was in complete disbelief that in less than 2 hours, this would be his bride.
